Below is our newest project in leadership consulting and we are so happy to share it with you! This segment is just one way our different leadership programs can help create change across the world and in your business. 

New Story Leadership is a nonprofit organization that seeks to inspire a new story of possibility for the Middle East by bringing 10 outstanding Israeli and Palestinian young leaders to Washington D.C. for a unique and intensive seven week program during the summer.  Throughout the program, these delegates live in Israeli and Palestinian pairs with American host families and have work-placements on Capitol Hill with various Senators and Congressman or other organizations that add to their professional development. Delegates learn the ‘narrative method’ in order to develop their personal stories and build trust amongst the team which is central to New Story Leadership's theory of change. They also engage in public speaking events throughout the Washington DC area. New Story Leadership builds a foundation of trust between Palestinians and Israelis in order to lay the societal framework for peace by giving them the tools to become effective change-agents for peace back home.
