Denise Mills is a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur earning many prestigious business awards and being honored as one of the most Influential Women in Kansas City. Her work in coaching has primarily been focused on women and executive leadership teams. However, that focus expanded in 2020 to include those impacted by the pandemic.
Denise Mills is Founder and Chief Mindset Officer of The LeaderFuel Center.
Her primary focus is working with executive leadership teams providing tools for more effective leadership helping them to create a constructive workplace culture, keep themselves and others focused and motivated, and to develop a growth mindset throughout their entire organization. Denise is very strategic and practical in her approach using the tools of The Pacific Institute.
Internationally, Denise facilitates leadership programs on behalf of the US State Department for women in underserved countries such as Pakistan, Jordan, Malaysia, India, and Sierra Leone, to name a few. Taking her back to her farming roots, in 2012-2015, Denise facilitated the strategic plan for land reform in Ukraine helping them privatize land ownership after their independence from Russia. She is uniquely known as the Ambassador of Happiness by the United Nations Celebrate Positive movement and has worked with over 70 foreign government officials.
In 2020, Denise’s focus shifted to where she felt she was needed most - working across the U.S. with healthcare providers, teachers, college students and police officers dealing with the stress and uncertainty as a result of Covid-19.
The LeaderFuel Center which she founded and is currently the Chief Mindset Officer at has been recognized as one of 25 Under 25 Small Businesses making an impact in the Kansas City area.
Above all of that Denise's greatest joy in life is being married to her husband Rick, and time together with their 5 children and 11 grandchildren.
